• Complete a Curriculum Request Form.
  • When you click on the link above, the form will open in a browser.  You will need to save the form and open in Adobe Acrobat.  This will allow you to complete the fillable form and add your signature.
  • Supporting documentation is listed under requested item.
    • Submit PDF request to: Kris Petti.
• Each item will be reviewed by the Franklin College Curriculum Committee.  For items that need Faculty Senate approval, Kris Petti will be in contact to request the name of a representative from your department who will be present at the meeting to discuss the proposal and answer any questions or concerns that might arise.

  The University of Georgia’s Registrar’s Office maintains and updates the transfer credit equivalency tables, which list all coursework and institutions evaluated for transfer credit.

  If you would like to change the credit equivalencies for your unit, please first review the current UGA Credit from Testing links at:  Credit From Testing | Students | Office of the Registrar

  Send requests, signed by the department head, to Kris Petti for approval by Associate Dean Paula Lemons.
