Senior Associate Dean for Academic Operations In his role of Senior Associate Dean, Neil Lyall provides leadership over the portfolio of Academic Operations. This includes enrollment management and workforce planning; oversight over instructional budgets and summer instruction planning; providing guidance on financial and budgetary matters; organizing and leading the process of faculty recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; coordinating strategic instructional and research infrastructure; and liaising with the Morehead Honors College. Dr. Lyall is a Professor of Mathematics. His primary research interests lie in the fields of Harmonic Analysis and Arithmetic Combinatorics. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics since 2004. Education Education: B.S.
